The Path Of The Spiral

The Path Of the Spiral (POTS) deepens your connection with nature through strenghtening understanding of 'Self', the natural world and how different cultures connect with nature. With guided mentorship and engaging curriculum, you'll learn new nature connection skills, as well as develop a refined understanding of internal dialogue and the importance of nature in today's modern world.​

This course includes:

​

  • An Introduction Session plus three 45 minute virtual or face-to-face sessions.

  • Six chapters of content with reflection activities 

  • Personalized exercises

  • Holistic approach that can be adapted to current treatments for chronic illness or therapy

  • ​Unlimited support via preffered method of communication

​

This course is designed to:

​

  • Conceptualize what it means to be 'you'

  • Deepen your understanding of and fondness for nature

  • Improve overall aspects of wellness, such as (but not limited to): emotional balance, physical shape, stress regulation, sleeping habits, relationships, goal setting, daily habits, adjusting to life transitions or implications, and shifting perspective.

  • Assist in understanding one's role in community and society as a whole through creating an inner dialogue with self​
